1. Data We Collect
- Analytics & Crash Reports: Collected via Firebase to help improve app performance and stability.
- Photos & Menus: Stored and processed locally on your device using Apple’s on-device AI models. We do not upload, transmit, or share these images.
- No Accounts: We don’t collect names, emails, or other personal identifiers.
2. How We Use Data
We use analytics and crash data to monitor app health, fix bugs, and improve user experience.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Analytics data is processed by Firebase under Google’s privacy policy.
4. Your Choices
- You can limit tracking by adjusting your iPhone’s privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Deleting the app removes all local data from your device.
5. Children’s Privacy
Cocktail Menus is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Security
All photo and menu processing happens locally on your device. Analytics and crash data are transmitted securely through Firebase using industry-standard encryption.
7. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised version.
